Realized I hadn't updated this journal in forever, so I figured I'd post something.

I have a job!  Or well, I've had a job for a few months now (since October, to be exact).  It's not an art-related job at all, but it's related to my degree in computer science.  I work as a software engineer, and I'm pretty thrilled about being able to do development for a living.  It's probably pretty evident from my art that I have a strong interest in technology. :)

Hope all my watchers are doing well, and sorry for not updating as much as I should.  I tend to have very little interest to draw over the winter months for the most part, but I'll plop up a commission or two that I've done.

Just wanted to get the other journal off my front page since it's not really current.  Haven't been painting or drawing a lot lately since I've been feeling kind of unmotivated.  Hopefully it picks up again soon.

Commissions are generally always open; just send me a note if you're interested in something.

I mostly wanted to clear that last journal since it's no longer current, so here's a new journal entry.

Anyways, I graduated from my program a bit ago so I've now got an HBSc with majors in compsci and visual arts, and next year I'm off to an year-long postgraduate advanced programming course.  And then after that I have to start looking for a job which scares the bejeezus out of me.  Job interviews are bad enough on their own, and I feel vaguely nauseous when I think about doing technical interviews.

I haven't been doing a lot of drawing lately but I'm working on a few things on the side.  You can go to my FACEBOOK PAGE if you want to see WIPs and other crap I've been working on.  I find it's a little better to keep my junky stuff over there so I don't pollute everyone's inbox with WIPs and doodles.  

It's also yearly costume-making time, so things from that may get posted if they turn out decently.

CommissionsCommissioning Guidelines
I require 100% paid up front through Paypal before I begin your piece.  Once I've received this, I will begin work and can show you as many or as few WIP images as you'd like for feedback purposes (within reason, of course).  When I've finished the piece I'll send you whatever dpi versions you would like (I paint at 250dpi, which is suitable for printing).
Commissions are to be used for personal means only (please note me if you're interested in something commercial) and I retain the right to turn down a potential commission for any reason.  Commissions will be posted in my online galleries unless otherwise requested.  I will include a small signature somewhere on the piece.
All commissions will be done digitally in Photoshop or similar software.  Please browse through my gallery to get a feel for my drawing capabilities and how I tend to represent things.
